When you place an order via E-Mail, with the CONTACT form or using the shopping crate, your delivery address and purchased products are necessary to confirm with an E-Mail in return for confirmation. At this point modifying or cancelling the order is only possible on request and can be denied, e.g. if effects are already placed to produce an item that is made to order. If you placed an order in error, you’ll have the possibility to resign by E-Mail before shipment or return after delivery. For cancellation of items "made to order", half the price is charged on your side as compensation-fee.
If you want to return something, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request and despatch a return. You can announce your return by mail in the CONTACT form. Please inform about the item and date of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is on you. Please be aware of that expecially for items that are forwarded by logistics-carrier.
